Notice regarding delivery by Japan Post sea freight

Due to the worldwide container shortage during the COVID-19 pandemic, there has been a significant delay in delivery by sea.
Currently, it takes about 75-90 days on average for shipments to the US, but we have heard that it can take 6 months or more according to the Japan Post staff.
To make matters worse, there is a problem with the Japan Post’s tracking system, and there are no updates for 2, 3 months after the shipment leaves the port in Kawasaki, Japan until it arrives at the destination port.

In response to such a situation, we have decided to forgo shipping by sea unless we receive clear instructions and agreement from our customers regarding the significant delays.

To reduce your anxiety and ensure that your package is delivered quickly and safely, please cooperate with us to ship by air whenever possible.
