Welcome to the 8mart User Guide!!

We will introduce how to purchase Japanese products with 8mart.

 

* Some of the steps can be performed in a different order without any problems.

Step 1: Sign up

1. Click "Sign Up" on the top page.

2.Fill in the blank, check the box and click “Sign Up”.

* You can also sign up with your Facebook account or Google account.

3.Go to your e-mail inbox, see a new e-mail from noreply@8mart.jp, and click "Activate Your Account" to verify your e-mail address.

* If you don't see the e-mail in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder.

Step 2: Log in

1.Click "Log In" on the top page.

2.Fill in the blank and click “Log In”.

Step 3: Send a request

1. Fill in the blank as much as you can and click “Submit a request”.

* We can handle most of the items that are sold in Japanese online stores and can be shipped overseas.

2. Wait for an item proposal from 8mart.

* We usually propose items within 1 business day.

Step 4: Add the proposed item to your cart

1. Click a notification and jump to “Request Item” page.

* You will receive an email notification from 8mart in advance.

2. Click “Add to Cart” if you like the proposed item.

Step 5: Buy items in your cart

1. Go to "Cart" and click “Buy Now” to check out.

* The payment process here is a payment authorization. If we are unable to purchase an item because it is sold out, cannot be shipped to your country and so on, you will receive a full refund.

Step 6: Select your preferred shipping method

1. Go to Shipment Management

2. Create a New Shipment Request

3. Please select the combination of your items to be packed and your preferred shipping method, and click “Create a New Shipment Request”.

Step 7: Pay international shipping fees

1. Click a notification and jump to “Box” page.

* You will receive an email notification from 8mart in advance.

* We usually contact our customers within 1 business day after we receive the item at our warehouse.

2. Click “Pay Now” to pay international shipping fees.

Step 8: Receive the ordered item

1. Wait for the item to be delivered.

* We usually ship within 1 business day after we receive the payment. We inform the tracking number after the shipment.
