Japan Post: Delay of mail to countries and territories worldwide

Due to the lockdown, the closing of airports and port facilities, and the suspension of exchange offices in response to the global pandemic, significant delays have been experienced in the delivery of inbound mail products in countries and territories worldwide.

More than half of our shipments by Japan Post in August have been delayed by a few days to 2 weeks. If you are in a hurry, we recommend you to use courier services such as DHL.
