[Important] Notice of Revision of 8mart Basic Service Fee

We sincerely thank you for always choosing 8mart.

It has been 1 year since we launched 8mart.jp in June of 2021.
We welcomed our first customer from Singapore in late June 2021, and to date we have exported over 10,000 items of all types of merchandise to over 40 countries and regions.

Although we have sometimes caused inconvenience to our customers due to imperfections in our operations and changing international situations, we have always done our best to improve our services with the goal of consistently providing high-quality services at reasonable prices and always putting the customer first.

Even when receiving irregular requests, we have tried to accommodate them within the basic service fee as much as possible.

However, in light of the recent rise in prices worldwide and the continuation of high-quality service provision, we have reviewed our services and service fees.

In conclusion, we have decided to raise the basic service fee from the conventional ¥300 per item to ¥500 per item.

New pricing will take effect on July 1st, 2022(JST).

* Currently, we are receiving orders that exceed the range we can handle, and depending on the order volume in the next two weeks, we may advance the price revision time without prior notice.
