In order to ensure the safety of our customers, we have introduced 3D Secure for all payments.

However, we have received reports of cases where the balance is deducted but the payment data is not reflected in the 8mart system when using the following:

- GPAY NETWORK (S) PTE. (Singapore) (A payment service company of Grab Holdings Inc., which is famous in Southeast Asia)

Please try to make a payment using a card other than the one listed above.
If you run into any problems using your card please contact us as soon as possible so that we may quickly resolve the issue.
