Notice of Revision of DHL’s base rate and services from 2023

Thank you for always using 8mart.

Starting from January 2023, DHL’s base rate and services will be revised.

The main changes are as follows:
1. Base rate will increase by 5.9% for all areas excluding the United States.
2. Base rate will increase by 5.9% to 25% for the United States (The base rate for 0.5kg to 2kg will now be the same price)
3. For the United States a remote area fee will be applied when DHL’s delivery partner company has to deliver on behalf of DHL.
(The applicable area list will be updated at a later date.)
