We are currently experiencing an error on our dashboard with Stripe, the payment provider we use, where we are unable to verify our customers' current payment information.
As a result, we are temporarily suspending new orders, packaging, and shipping.
We will update the status here when we have further news.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
This issue is now resolved. We will resume order, packaging, and shipping operations on March 10(JST).
