[Important] Notice of Demand Surcharge Implementation for Shipments via DHL and FedEx

Thank you for always choosing 8mart.

To ensure smooth operations during a period of high demand, a Demand Surcharge will be introduced starting Sunday, September 15, 2024, for DHL, and Monday, September 16, 2024, for FedEx. This surcharge will remain in place until the end of January 2025. Additionally, each company’s Fuel Surcharge will be applied on top of the Demand Surcharge.

As a result, international shipping fees are expected to increase by approximately 1.4% - 30%, depending on the destination country.

In the 8mart's Shipping Fee Calculator, the rates displayed are based on the time of search. However, since the next earliest shipping date after Friday, September 13, is Tuesday, September 17, following the holiday, any packages scheduled for shipment after the evening of Friday, September 13, will be billed with the rates that include the Demand Surcharge.
