Notice of Temporary Suspension of Japan Post Shipments to Canada

* This notice concerns postal services from Japan to Canada. It does not affect shipments to other countries or deliveries to Canada via DHL or FedEx.

According to Japan Post's announcement dated November 28 (English version not yet released), postal items addressed to Canada are temporarily not being accepted due to a strike conducted by members of the Canadian Union of Postal Workers, which includes some Canada Post employees.

At this time, it remains unclear how long the strike and the corresponding suspension of postal services will last. To ensure prompt delivery of your orders, as a temporary measure, 8mart has decided to hide the following Japan Post shipping options - EMS, International Parcel Post (Air), and Small Packet - from the international shipping fee payment screen.
