- Payment: Open throughout the year-end and New Year holidays
- Customer Support: Open throughout the year-end and New Year holidays
- International shipment:
International shipping fees paid by Dec 24th (Tue) at 11:59 PM: Will be shipped out by Dec 27th (Fri)
International shipping fees paid after Dec 25th (Wed) at 12:00 AM: Will be shipped out starting from Jan 6th (Mon)

Due to the long holiday schedule of the shipping companies this year, please note that shipments will not be possible from Dec 28th (Sat) to Jan 5th (Sun) of the following year.
