Notice of Head Office Relocation

The operating company of 8mart, Habibi, Inc., will relocate its head office effective January 30, 2026, to the following address:

1-6-16 Kanda Izumicho, Chiyoda-ku
Tokyo 101-0024, Japan

Please note that the warehouse where your ordered items are stored and processed has already been located in the same area as our new head office, and there will be no warehouse relocation. Therefore, this move will not affect any 8mart services.

The corporate registration procedures related to this relocation will be carried out after January 30, 2026, and are expected to be completed between late February and early March 2026.
