Notice for Customers in Mexico

Thank you for always choosing 8mart.
We are deeply saddened by the recent events and the current situation in Mexico, and our thoughts are with everyone affected.
In order to support our customers and provide flexibility, 8mart has decided to implement the following temporary measures through the end of April:
- The Extension Storage Fee will be waived.
- Items will not be disposed of, even if they exceed the standard 90-day storage period.
- Depending on the timing of an address change request, a fee of ¥2,000 would normally apply; however, during this temporary period, this address change fee will also be waived.*
* Please note that, due to the regulations of our payment service providers, we are only able to ship orders to the address registered at the time of payment. If an address change is required, we may ask you to make a new payment via Wise. In such cases, any card-linked payment will be refunded promptly.
As a result of these measures, customers may also consider temporarily postponing shipment as an option.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and may review these measures as necessary. Any updates will be announced accordingly.
