[Important] Notice Regarding International Shipments

According to the latest announcement from Japan Post, in addition to the Middle East, significant delays are currently occurring for shipments to Europe and Africa.

As a result, there is a possibility that:
Acceptance of shipments may be temporarily suspended, or Packages already shipped may be returned to the sender.

According to Japan Post, the acceptance of international mail addressed to the following Middle Eastern countries is currently suspended (listed in alphabetical order):
Bahrain / Egypt / Iran / Iraq / Israel / Jordan / Kuwait / Lebanon / Oman / Qatar / Saudi Arabia / Turkey / United Arab Emirates * 

* Please note that Iran, Iraq, Israel, Lebanon, and Turkey have already been designated as excluded shipping destinations by us.

Recently, significant changes in customs policies, as well as security-related incidents such as armed conflicts in certain regions, have begun to impact international flights and logistics operations.
In light of these circumstances, and in order to support our customers, we will be implementing the following temporary special measures for shipments to specific countries and regions.

■ United States (No Expiration Date)
For shipments to the United States, the following measures will be applied until further notice:
- The Extension Storage Fee will be waived, even after 45 days from the date items arrive at our warehouse.
- Items stored for more than 90 days will not be disposed of

■ Bahrain / Kuwait / Mexico / Qatar / Saudi Arabia / UAE (listed in alphabetical order)
Africa / Europe (added on March 10, 2026)

Temporary measures (valid through the end of April 2026)
- The Extension Storage Fee will be waived, even after 45 days from the date items arrive at our warehouse
- Items stored for more than 90 days will not be disposed of
- A ¥2,000 address change fee, which may normally apply depending on the timing of the request, will also be waived during this period *
* Please note that, due to payment service provider regulations, we may request a new payment via Wise when a shipping address is changed. In such cases, any card-based payment will be refunded promptly.

Please note that shipments to Iran and Israel (listed in alphabetical order) are currently suspended.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and may review or update these measures as necessary. Any changes will be announced accordingly.
