Notice of Changes to Basic Service Scope and Addition of a Bulk Inspection Fee

We have always strived to provide high-quality services at fair and competitive prices.
Our basic service fee of ¥500 per item includes assistance in finding and suggesting items, purchasing items on your behalf from Japanese online stores, order follow-up until delivery to our warehouse, inspection, communication with customers and sellers as necessary, secure packing using sufficient packing materials, shipment processing, and follow-up support until successful delivery.
More than 90% of orders are handled within the scope of the basic service fee.

In addition, we offer optional services to accommodate special requests based on our customers’ needs.

Thanks to the continued efforts of our team members, we have been able to consistently operate within our stated timeframes.

While we may not be a perfect service, we have been able to continue operating and improving thanks to the understanding and continued support of our valued customers over the years.

However, due to rising labor and operational costs, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain our current pricing structure. At the same time, we would like to continue offering our basic service fee for most orders.

Therefore, we have decided to clarify the scope of our basic service and introduce a Bulk Inspection Fee as an optional service for listings that contain a large number of individual items within a single listing.

The basic service fee covers inspection of up to 25 individual pieces per item.
If a listing contains more than 25 pieces, the excess portion will be handled as an optional service (Bulk Inspection Fee).

Bulk Inspection Fee (per item):
For listings containing more than 25 pieces
・¥300 for 26–100 pieces
・An additional ¥300 for each subsequent 100 pieces (or portion thereof)

For example:
Listings containing up to 25 items—such as a set of K-pop photocards, or multiple items like plush toys or keychains—will continue to be handled under the basic service fee only.

If a listing contains 100 individual items, an additional fee of ¥300 will apply.

This policy will apply to orders placed on or after April 13, 2026 (JST).
