Please be advised that from April 29 (Wed) to May 6 (Wed), 2026, there will be a series of national holidays in Japan, commonly known as Golden Week.

Below are our business hours and service availability during this period (all times are in Japan Standard Time):
- Account Registration: Available throughout Golden Week
- Payment: Available throughout Golden Week
- Customer Support: Available throughout Golden Week

International Shipment Schedule:
- For International shipping fees paid by April 27th (Mon): Will be shipped by April 28th (Tue).
- For International shipping fees paid from April 28th (Tue) to April 30th (Thu): Will be shipped between April 30th (Thu) and May 1st (Fri).
- For International shipping fees paid after May 1st (Fri): Will be shipped after May 7th (Thu).

Due to requests from logistics companies to reduce shipments during Golden Week, please note that orders may arrive at our warehouse later than usual and may not be dispatched according to the schedule outlined above.
