Notice of Revision of 8mart Services and Pricing

Thank you very much for using 8mart.

Thanks to our wonderful customers, we have received more than 2,000 requests since the release.
While receiving many requests from our customers, we have found that each customer has different needs.

In order to meet our customer’s needs, we have decided to start offering some new optional services.

The pricing table valid from November 4th, 2021(JST) is as follows.

8mart Service Fee
- ¥300 per item (Stock Keeping Unit basis)
* 8mart Service Fee is sufficient for normal requests. (More than 90% of requests have been categorized as normal requests so far.)
* We order items from all sorts of online Japanese stores, and will store them up to 15 unshipped items for free for up to 30 days.

We will pack multiple items with enough packing materials together.
* If you purchase multiple units of the same item from the same seller, it will be counted as one item.

Optional Services
- Special requests (Pre-order item, Fast purchase, Price negotiation, Re-suggestion on the same collectible item with high price fluctuations, Shipping availability confirmation)
: ¥300 per request per item
- Extreme Secure Packing: ¥1,000 per box
- Express Shipment(Shipment on the day of receipt at the earliest): ¥1,000 per box
- Repacking of box once packed: ¥2,000 per box
- Cancellation of order(if possible): ¥3,000 per item or 10% of the item price, whichever is higher
- Change of shipping address after shipment: ¥2,000 per box
- Extra storage fee(After the 16th unshipped item): ¥300 per item(calculated from 16th unshipped item)
- Extension storage fee(30 days after arrival at our warehouse): ¥50 per day per item(calculated from 31st day)
