Notice Regarding the Japan Post International ePacket Light Service

Starting today, June 1, the list of eligible destination countries for this shipping method has been expanded, and the official service name has been changed from International ePacket Light to International Air Packet.

However, as the service itself is essentially a simplified version of the previous International ePacket service, and to avoid confusion with the former International ePacket, we will continue referring to this shipping method as International ePacket Light on 8mart for convenience.

Please note that International Air Packet (listed on 8mart as International ePacket Light) does not include insurance coverage, and deliveries are generally made without a signature upon delivery. As a result, there may be increased risks related to loss, theft, or delivery issues.

For safer and more reliable international shipping, we strongly recommend using Japan Post EMS (Express Mail Service) or DHL Express whenever possible.
