Until now, when we secured the items ordered by our customers, we contacted our customers as much as possible.
However, the number of orders has increased significantly recently, and we prioritized securing the items ordered by our customers, and contacted our customers after that.
However, during that time, there are many inquiries from our customers as to whether or not the items has been secured, which is not desirable for both parties, so we will take the following measures from now on.
"If you do not receive any notification from us that the item you ordered was not available, please assume that the item you ordered was secured successfully. If your order is successful, the next contact will be when the item you ordered arrives in our warehouse."
