As a token of our appreciation for your continued support, we are holding a flash sale starting from December 24, during which the basic service fee has been reduced from ¥500 to ¥300 per item.

Terms and Conditions:
- As this is a flash sale, the promotion may end without prior notice.
- The discounted rate is only valid if the item you wish to order is added to your 8mart shopping cart and the service fee is displayed as ¥300 on the cart page at the time of checkout.
- If you submitted an item request on or before December 22, and the item was manually proposed by 8mart, the order will not be eligible for the flash sale, even if it is placed during the sale period. In such cases, the difference in the basic service fee will be charged when international shipping fees are billed.
- If your order is canceled due to out-of-stock items or returns and you place a new order for a different item, the service fee displayed at that time will apply. Therefore, the ¥300 rate may no longer be available.
- Using multiple accounts to place orders is strictly prohibited. If such activity is discovered, we may charge the regular (non-discounted) service fee for all items and/or suspend all related accounts.

While this may be obvious to our long-time customers, we would like to take this opportunity to remind those who are using 8mart for the first time or returning after a while:
- As 8mart is a proxy shopping service that purchases items on your behalf based on your specific request, we generally do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please make sure to carefully check the product listing and confirm whether the item can be shipped by air before placing your order.
- International shipping fees are not included in the initial payment for the product. The shipping fee will be calculated and billed only after you request international shipping by specifying how you would like your ordered items to be combined, and 8mart completes the packing process. - Any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival are the customer's responsibility. If you are contacted by the shipping company or customs office, please respond promptly and pay any required fees.
