Notice of resumption of shipping via FedEx
Thank you for always using 8mart.
We stopped using FedEx in October 2021 due to frequent system issues with FedEx.
After a year and a half of suspension, we have decided to resume using FedEx as many of our customers have expressed a desire to ship via FedEx and we have seen signs of improvement in the operation of their system.
We would like to have a trial period as their system issues have not been fully resolved. Please note that there may be a delay of 1 or 2 days in completing the shipment compared to the case of choosing Japan Post or DHL, and there is a possibility that the use of FedEx may be suspended again.
