Please be aware that from April 27th (Sat) to May 6th (Mon), there will be a series of consecutive national holidays in Japan, commonly referred to as Golden Week.

Here are our business hours and service availability during Golden Week (all times are listed in Japan Standard Time):

- Account Registration: Open throughout Golden Week
- Payment: Open throughout Golden Week
- Customer Support: Open throughout Golden Week

International Shipment Details:
- For International shipping fees paid by April 25th (Thu): Will be shipped by April 26th (Fri).
- For International shipping fees paid from April 26th (Fri) to May 1st (Wed): Will be shipped between April 30th (Tue) and May 2nd (Thu).
- For International shipping fees paid after May 2nd (Thu): Will be shipped after May 7th (Tue).

 

Due to requests from logistics companies to reduce shipments during Golden Week, please note that orders may arrive at our warehouse later than usual and may not be dispatched according to the schedule outlined above.
